Discussing ROI project with the GA
I had the opportunity to discuss research our research project, headed by Dr. Rachel Noble, with members of the NC General Assembly and General Administration. During the talk, I shucked an oyster on stage and ate it in front of everyone. Trying to get the point across that we can have safe seafood in a way that benefits both producers and consumers.
